Israel’s Messiah Revealed: Why the Rabbis Missed What the Prophets Declared
Many ask a sincere question:
If Jesus truly is the Jewish Messiah, why do so many rabbis and learned Jews not believe in Him?
If it were true, then you would think that rabbis and haredi Jews, those most immersed in Torah would be the first to recognize the Messiah. Surely, if Jesus were the One promised by Moses and the Prophets, the most learned rabbis would announce their faith in Jesus, he would be spoken of warmly in the yeshivas and synagogues, and the whole Jewish would accept him.
Yet this is not what the Torah, the Prophets, or the Writings teach us to expect. Far from contradicting the Hebrew Scriptures, the Jewish rejection of Messiah was foretold within them.
